The Chamberlain Group is a global leader in the access solutions industry, distributing across five continents. It comprises of two brands: LiftMaster whose products are sold through dealers and distributors for the do it for me installation and Chamberlain which sells to consumers for DIY installation.
The Challenge
Missing out on sales opportunities. The Chamberlain Group knew it needed to redesign their online presence to have content and products more accessible, get a clearer view of their customers and have the ability to capture high quality leads for their dealer network.
The dealer network relies on LiftMaster.com to deliver high quality leads from business consumers interested in installation and repair services. They needed to increase dealer lookups, calls & email contacts.
Needing to increase direct to consumer sales. The Chamberlain.com experience needed to be redesigned to make it easier to buy products, parts and accessories. A new platform to make the site load faster and be search engine friendly.
They needed to improve their online technical support on both experiences to deflect call center volume and enable support related to online sales.
The Outcome
Giving clients a more intuitive and modern design. The new digital experiences made it easier for consumers to find the right products, get support and enable dealer networks to have a better understanding of their customers.
